Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping methods

 We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (2-5 days) - after order processing
  • Express (2 days) - after order processing
  • Economic (2-3 days) - after order processing

On special occasions, we may offer free shipping (3-8 days) after order processing on orders above $35, excluding taxes and after promotional discounts are applied. No promotion code is needed; free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Delivery time

After your order is processed, you will receive your products within 2–5 business days. Orders placed before 1 pm PT Mon-Fri are usually dispatched the same day. Please note that orders placed on Fridays after 1 pm PT will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Areas

We ship to all states in the mainland U.S. except for Alaska. At the moment, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii and remote US insular territories.

Shipping Addresses

We ship to PO boxes shipping addresses. Please note that we are unable to ship to addresses like APO/FPO boxes.

Tracking your order

You will receive an email with tracking information. You can click on the link in that email to locate your order.

Return policy

We want you to love your Sūun Haircare products, so if you are not totally satisfied, please contact us at hello@suunhaircare.com within 30 days of your purchase so we can help you begin the returns process.

If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo as proof of the damage. In the case of an allergic reaction, we will accept products for a return or exchange as long as the product is at least half full and returned within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that the shipping cost is not refundable.

Gift cards are electronically delivered only. Please note that all gift card purchases are final sale and are non-refundable. 

Lost Orders

In the unlikely event of lost or stolen orders, we will not be able to issue a refund. All orders are transported and delivered to you by independent carriers that aren't affiliated or controlled by Sūun Haircare. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Sūun Haircare delivers these items to the carrier.
